Experient is the designated housing company for the GridWise Global Forum 2011.

Note: In order to reserve a hotel room, you must provide a credit card valid through November 2011 to guarantee the reservation. Experient will send you an acknowledgment once the reservation is confirmed.

 

Housing Deadlines & Policies

Changes, cancels, and new reservations must be received by Thursday, October 13, 2011 at 5:00 EST.

Changes and cancellations can be made online or in writing. You will need to provide the reservation acknowledgment number.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date or failure to arrive on your confirmed arrival date will result in 1 nights room and tax charged to the credit card provided at time of booking.
